Just towards the end of summer, 3000 copies of SteelCAL V3 will be distributed to UK universities. Since its introduction 5 years ago, the demand for the DVD has grown and the distribution now includes a number of architectural schools.

The content of Version 3 includes nine interactive teaching and learning modules to EN1993 (Eurocode 3), the complete European Steel Design Education Programme lecture set (over 200 lectures), over 50 illustrative video clips on subjects ranging from steel making through fabrication to construction and links to many other valuable teaching and learning resources.

We were pleased to add BSI and IHS to our sponsors list last year and will be offering to re-new sponsorship opportunities to enable us to continue ensuring that SteelCAL is distributed to all UK undergraduates at no cost.
