SCI International Membership Survey

As a member based organisation, it is vital that we understand the needs of all our customers.  These include a large number of companies based far and wide across the world who, because of geographic distance and time difference, may not have direct access to benefits such as our courses and telephone advisory support. To this end, we have written to Members outside of the UK and Ireland, inviting them to take part in our worldwide membership satisfaction survey. The survey is available online at /Membership/Survey.htm. We will also be contacting a number of international organisations by phone during the coming weeks in order to tell them more about our latest products and developments, including the online “Ask an Expert” advisory desk at http://www.steel-alliance.org and to find out about any additional services and information which we can offer to help maintain and grow their businesses in the coming years.
