| Objective |
U.K. Steel needed to replace manual fax and mail-based methods of distributing information with a web based system. The principal administrative tasks are:
· To rapidly distribute information to the network of subscribing members in accordance with their expressed interests and committee memberships;
· To generate and easily post information to their extranet solution. It was also necessary to provide powerful search access to the information store as well as distributed authoring for selected committee members. |
